Following the murder of John W. Svejkosky, Mayor(?) Alvin Parks released the following statement: "We're always disappointed whenever we have someone killed in the city of East St. Louis". I guess that makes the Mayor of East St. Louis a seriously disappointed muthafucka. East St. Louis is good for only three things, dope, pussy, and murder. As for Alvin Parks, this guy is such a rube, he's doesn't even know when the other shoe is about to drop. The fed seized all the files from his office, his liquor commissioner is heading to jail for soliciting bribes from bars and liquor stores. His police department can't take a crap right without assistance from the state police, who are probably the only ones not under investigation or indictment. But, things being as they are, he'll probably run for re-election and win. I guess misery is okay, once you get used to it.
